Il modulo isolatore medicale per reti Ethernet e adatto per l'uso in reti dati 10/100/1000-BaseT Ethernet Gigabit con compatibiltà completa agli standard IEEE 802.3ab; e senza restrizioni per quanto riguarda la massima lunghezza del cavo utilizzato.
Il modulo MI1005 blocca le correnti di perdita e le tensioni elettriche indesiderate, presenti sulla rete cablata in rame, connessa al modulo stesso.

Il modulo MI 1005 è stato testato secondo le norme IEC / DIN EN 60601-1 and IEC / DIN EN 60601-1-2 da parte di un ente competente, in un laboratorio certificato.
Il modulo MI 1005 è stato costruito in ottemperanza alle norme UL94-V0, utlizzando esclusivamente materiali rispondenti alle suddette norme. In confronto ad altri isolatori di rete dati, disponibili sul mercato, MI 1005 è l'unico con un isolamento da 5000 Volts AC, all'interno della piena compatibilità con gli standard IEEE 802.3ab 10/100/1000 Gigabit Network, senza alcuna restrizione sulla lunghezza massima dei cavi.

Network isolator for the isolation of medical equipment
Our Network Isolator MI 1005 protects patients and medical devices from excessive leakage currents that may flow through the data network. The network connection between an active medical device and an Ethernet network or a non-medical device, such as an office PC or laptop, is reliably galvanic separated according to the standard IEC 60601-1 (edition 3.2) for medical devices and systems.

The MI 1005 network isolator can be used as an accessory or component of a medical-electrical device or system.This world - wide established network isolator offers a flexible and easy option for immediately isolating of medical equipment. In less than 5 seconds, patients, users and equipment are protected from dangerous leakage currents flowing via the data network.

Under stress conditions the MI 1005 isolator was tested up to a isolation stength of 10 kV DC (10 Sec.) and 5 kV AC (60 Sec.). Furthermore, 8 kV contact discharge and 16 kV air discharge are easily fulfiled. The Network Isolator MI 1005 is also available as a build-in isolator or for wall mounting.
